Central is a 233 unit LEED Silver mixed use building, with retail stores and "loft houses" at the ground level, and residential units above surrounding a forested central courtyard. Located at the corner of Bank and Gladstone, the development is ideally situated between Ottawa's downtown core and trendy Glebe neighbourhood.

Central's LEED Silver features include, among other things, a green roof and rain water storage system, energy efficient windows and mechanical systems, water efficient fixtures, sustainable materials, and a car share program for use by all residents.

Central was launched to the public in April 2008 and construction is anticipated to begin in early 2009. The project is a joint venture with Tamarack Developments, a member of the
